We are a third-generation builder. Our founder grew up on the job site. Her "On-Site" experience began on her granddad's subdivisions site. As a young girl, she took on important jobs like picking up nails and debris. Years later, our Founder would be entrusted with the legacy and tasked with managing a building company turning out over 100 homes per year. Every detail, every consideration and element of constructing your new home, we understand- and we are committed to your best building experience.

Jason has been a cornerstone in Utah Real Estate over the last 15+ years. Starting on the data and technology side of real estate, Jason worked for the cutting-edge research firm Newreach where he was responsible for product sales and expansion. Jason helped propel the company’s growth in Utah to a regional base of clients, growing revenue from $5,000 per month to $75,000 per month in a four-year period.
After Newreach Jason has had unique opportunities in Land Acquisition, Land Research, Feasibility Studies, Home Sales and Home Building. Working for a variety of brand names including Costar, D.R. Horton, Richmond American Homes, Meyers Research, American Homes 4 Rent, Property Landing, and the Eldredge Group.
Jason comes to Tiffany Homes as the Sales Manager and representative for Equity Real Estate.

Kristen joined the Eldredge Group at Equity Real Estate three years ago and has been a driving force in their residential transaction growth. In 2020, Kristen earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation which focuses on working directly with buyer-clients throughout the home-buying process. Kristen also added the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, the premier credential in seller representation.
